The blog wasn't loading and I had to check reading journals so we were a little behind today. The water spillage also didn't help us catch up... but at least reading journals are checked and the water is cleaned up. We talked about chapter 17 of The Lightning Thief. This is the part where they get to Santa Monica and Percy gets some additional help from the depths of the sea. Then they travel to West Hollywood (quite possibly passing right by Emerson) and to a waterbed store... that's it for today!
Here's a question for today: What might happen if Percy spilled water in class?
He would probably clean it up or use his powers to stop it from hitting the floor. Side note, my little brother saw percy jackson the movie and is OBSESSED with it and asked me to draw him so... Here is my attempt.(I am also not a good artist so, letting you know..
