HEY NERDS!!!! Kylan here and I am doing my fourth blog. We started off with the blog. Karina picked me to do the blog. Ms. Nakada is talking about many things in poetry. She included alliteration, similes, metaphors, and more. Ms. Nakada said that we are going to have a test on this. Now the Nerds are taking out there notebooks and taking more notes about poetry from Walt Whitman's "O Captain, My Captain" Ronan just walked in and I said what's up to him. Any ways back to class topics. Ms. Nakada just passed out a paper of a poem written by Walt Whitman. The class is so quiet. It is so interesting because it is still quiet. Finally the class is talking again. Ms. Nakada is going over the paper and she said the poem is moving. To me the poem is nice and it rhymes. The poem is about president Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War. We are now finished with the poem. I want to write a poem so I got to go. Do you like the picture? I do.
