Book Projects due Monday!
I think this going to be a short blog. So Ms. Nakada showed us her poetry collection. She read us one of her poems that was called Gossip. She told us that the introduction and that the table of connect might take us long to do. After she was done that nerdz went up to tell Ms. Nakada how many slices they wanted for pizza and what type. When they were done ordering the pizza the nerdz started working on there poetry collection or doing make-up work. Ms. Nakada just asked people if they had any make-up work to turn in because tommorow she won't except any. Tomorrow grades are due. There no very much happening. It is very quiet. I hear Brianna talking to Rachel.
Question: What was your poetry collection about?
I think that it so bye.
HAPPY NAPOWRIMO! I wrote this poem for you, Ms. Nakada and your students.......
ReplyDeleteShe waits for a drop rain, in this drought.
She waits for your return;
As the sun eats her away.
Death is on his way.
And you still haven't returned.
She feels hopeless, like nothing can save her but you.
Death's shadow appears over her.
And you still aren't coming.
She only has one wish, for you to rain your love on her.
Why won't you bring your rain into her world.
She cries, as death raises his knife over her.
She cries for your name.
But you still won't come back.
Death takes her soul under his wing.
But her body still waits for you.
There is a place in her heart that will never be filled.
And she will wait and wait in that space.
For your rain.
Love,
